The lab intensive environment gives each student in-depth knowledge and practical experience with the current essential security systems and gives insight into how to perform penetration (pen) testing of existing networks.This Continuing Education course will significantly benefit security officers, auditors, security professionals, site administrators, IA professionals and anyone who is concerned about the integrity of the network infrastructure.This training also helps to prepare you for EC-Council Ethical Hacking and Countermeasures (CEH 312-50) exam. Security+ training and certification are recommended but not required. Work experience in IT networking is very desirable.

Microsoft Certification Candidates should have one to two years of experience using SQL Server 2008 or two to three years of experience using a previous version of SQL Server. Candidates for this exam are IT professionals who have jobs in which database administration is their main area of responsibility, or they work in environments in which databases are central to their job roles.

CISM Exam Review - The Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) has developed the Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification for experienced information security managers. The CISM emphasizes risk and security management while covering technical and design security topics at a conceptual level.
